Player's registration fee includes a copy of a team photo. The photos are taken in the Murrumbeena Park pavilion 1 hour before match time. Maroon home match shorts are to be worn. They are scheduled to be done over 2 consecutive weekends in May/June to maximise the number of teams playing at home.

Players are to refrain from the use of footballs inside the pavilion around the expensive photographic equipment. Team officials and parents, please be mindful of this and ensure if noticed it is stopped. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter.

2 weeks after photos are taken a proof of each team photo will be issued to the team manager to check. Once the proofs are approved they will be printed early July in the required quantity, team managers to advise. Delivery of the finished product is expected by the weekend of Round 12 19/07
